Blog for Today

Today, may I remember that …

The quality of my relationships is not measured by the amount of time we spend together but the abundance of love I carry for you in my heart.

Having fun, wasting time and being silly are as much a part of being whole as productivity or introspection.

I am committed to living my life out my values no matter the consequences, and should I forget, I will make the same choice again.

Hard-working body parts that no longer perform as they used to merit my gratitude for their service not judgment.

Whatever the mood I’m in, I can still be kind.

This day can be glorious, if only I let it.
